Terms of use

1. Purpose

These terms govern the use of JobHorizon, published by INTERNATIONAL HORIZON DEVELOPMENT (IHD), which lets you search jobs on a map, mostly in Spain, France and Canada and, in smaller numbers, in other countries.

2. Access

The service is free and needs no account. It is provided as is, without any guarantee of permanent availability; the publisher may suspend it for maintenance or change it.

3. Jobs

Jobs come from third-party sources (public employment services, company careers sites) listed on “Sources & licences”. The publisher does not check each job and takes no part in hiring. You apply on the original site, under its own terms.

Median salaries shown on some pages are computed only from jobs that publish a salary, with the sample size stated.

4. Permitted use

• The service is meant for personal job searching.
• Automated or large-scale extraction of the site's data, and any use that disrupts it, are forbidden.
• Data taken from open sources remains subject to its original licence.

5. Saved jobs and preferences

Saved jobs, reports, theme and language choice are stored in your browser or the app. Clearing the site or app data removes them from the device.

6. Personal data

Data processing is described in the privacy policy.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Jurisdiction clause and possible mediation to be validated by a lawyer (specific rules for consumers).
